"It was a pleasure to be part of such a well organised food and drink event where the atmosphere was quite simply electric and infectious! I would recommend it as an amazing showcase for any restaurant to be involved in".
Ross Lewis, Chef Proprietor Chapter One
"This festival celebrates Dublin's fantastic food culture. The city is not only host to several artisan food markets but also has a reputation for excellent cuisine with many highly acclaimed restaurants, all of which will be represented. Taste of Dublin as an amazing four day celebration of Dublin's finest food & drink".
Ronan Ryan, Proprietor, Town Bar & Grill
